Rope and Other Mouldings

Oak Pointe manufacturers full, half, quarter, and ¾ round rope moulding from the smallest to large diameters. Ropes can be left or right twists.

Oak Pointe can also produce all common mouldings in the standard or specialty wood species. This includes anything from baseboards to door and window casings, cove moulding to crown moulding, wainscoting, door stops, plinth blocks, and chair rails. Combine wood species for a unique and custom look for any project.

Table Pedestals

Another popular request is Table Pedestals. There are infinite possibilities from the type and shape, to the construction of table pedestals. Depending on the wood species and type, they can be manufactured for any style of table, whether the look is modern, contemporary, industrial, or traditional.

Columns and Posts

Columns and posts are a favorite of architects and interior designers. They can be manufactured in round, square, or octagon and tapered or non-tapered. Square models are available with or without panels. Standard diameters include up to 14 ¾” and standard lengths from 6’ to 12’. Bun Feet

Oak Pointe can accommodate needs for Bun Feet in any wood species in any shape. Bun Feet are the decorative feet for furniture, cabinets, or any wooden structure that has a clearance off the floor.

Finials

Finials are a beautiful way to finish a staircase. They can accent a post, newel, or be used as a newel drop. Finials can be made into many shapes including traditional, contemporary, or custom designs.

Wood Balls

Wood balls are often used as an interior or exterior finial and they have many uses outside of the building industry. These can be produced in any standard or specialty wood species. Wood balls are available in full round, half round, or round with flats.

Fireplace Related Wood Products

Oak Pointe produces many types of fireplace surrounds, mantle shelves, and columns. Beautiful designs can be accomplished with any standard or specialty wood species, by mixing wood species, adding Rustic options or Stainless Steel panels. Any style can be accomplished whether the look is traditional, mission, industrial, contemporary, or modern as examples. 

Corbels

Corbels are a beautiful way to add interest and in many cases additional support. Corbels can be made to any specification as a custom order. Typical uses are on exterior eaves, kitchen islands, mantles and shelves. They can be very ornate with scroll work, or they can be simple in structure and design.
