    Job Responsibilities included but not limited to:

    • Direct interaction with customers via phone and email.

    • Provide information about products and services (will train)

    • Product Quoting

    • Data Entry

    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

    • Managing the customer service team. Answering customer service representative questions, guiding them through difficult calls, issues and quotes.

    • Handling customer complaints, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives

    • Willingness to perform customer service representative duties, and assist with operations.

    • Assisting the National Sales Manager as needed.

    Qualification requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

    • Previous customer service management experience or at least 3 years of customer service experience

    • Detail oriented

    • Good communication, organizational and time management skills

    • Dependable and Reliable

    • Good knowledge of MS Word, Outlook & Excel

    • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Able to work Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4PM with excellent attendance and punctuality.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Attend to the manufacturing of components using various machines including CNC machines.

    • Material Handling

    • Inspection and packaging

    • Clean or maintain products, machines and work areas and keep them free from all hazards.

    • Follow all safety procedures according to organizational procedures and guidelines.

    Physical demands and abilities

    • Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.

    • Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs.

    • Frequently required to stand and walk.

    • Specific vision abilities required for this job, including close vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.

The successful candidate should be well organized, detail oriented, and have a strong CAD background.     Job Responsibilities:

    • With knowledge of the manufacturing process, prepare DWG files of custom products and convert them to PDF for customer’s review and approval before manufacturing.

    • Stair design.

    • Prepare DWG files for existing and new catalog parts.

    • Prepare photo realistic 3D renderings for existing and new catalog parts and application drawings.

    • Prepare tool paths for CNC machines and occasionally assist or run a CNC machine.

    • Interact with office and production staff.

    Required Skills:

    • Intermediate to advance knowledge of AutoCAD or equal.

    • 3D modeling with knowledge of Solidworks is preferred.

    • Able to work independently and with others.

    • Good typing skills and basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook helpful.

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Examine finished work pieces for smoothness, shape, angle, depth-of-cut, or conformity to specifications and verify dimensions, visually and using hands, rulers, calipers, templates, or gauges.

    • Set-up & operate, or tend to CNC or manual woodworking machines, such as drill presses, lathes, shapers, router table, sanders, planers, or wood-nailing machines

    • Start machines, adjust controls, and make trial cuts to ensure that machinery is operating properly.

    • Monitor operation of machines and make adjustments to correct problems and ensure conformance to specifications.

    • Examine raw wood stock for defects and to ensure conformity to size and other specification standards.

    • Adjust machine tables or cutting devices and set controls on machines to produce specified cuts or operations.

    • Change alignment and adjustment of sanding, cutting, or boring machine guides to prevent defects in finished products, using hand tools.

    • Determine product specifications and materials, work methods, and machine setup requirements, according to oral or written instructions, drawings, or work orders.

    • Feed stock through feed mechanisms or conveyors into planing, shaping, boring, or sanding machines to produce desired components.

    • Remove and replace worn parts, bits, belts, sandpaper, or shaping tools.

    • Inspect and mark completed work pieces and stack them on pallets, in boxes, or carts so that they can be moved to the next workstation.

    • Training provided to assist at our warehouse during peak times
